Repositioning in the guard

Class went pretty well Monday night, I worked on repositioning in the guard which is so important to maintaining the guard and if you can always keep your opponent in your guard you can't loose (well I guess you could but it is unlikely). We did a couple drills working from the open guard where we placed one of our hands in our belt. That limited us to using our feet and one hand to keep an opponent from passing. It was a good drill but tough to do well. We also discussed how repositioning in the guard and finishing from the guard are the two most important skills for beginners to learn. Overall it was a good class.
